Djordje was greatly inspired by his violinist grandfather as a young child and started playing the violin himself at the age of 7. He knew early on that playing music was going to be his life occupation. Later, throughout his studies as a classical violinist, he realized that playing only in symphony and chamber orchestras wasn’t going to be enough for him. Curiosity for experimentation took over and Djordje joined his friends to form a band – and that is how the story of Naked began. Today the band has been active for over 15 years, released 5 albums and played in festivals and venues all around the world. Besides drawing inspiration from various genres, the greatest source of inspiration for Djordje have always been the neverending paths of musical journey, and the joy of performing and sharing it all on stage with his best friends.
